Allergic Temmie was added in Beta 9.0 alongside Temmie Statue. Previous Versions can be found here.
Allergic Temmie has the ability to deal 1 DMG to all enemy monsters whenever you play a Tem, making it act like Woshua. Keep in mind that it won't trigger from Tems summoned through spells and effects. If its effect triggers, it will also deal 1 DMG to itself, even if there is no enemy monster present.
This makes Allergic Temmie a good setup card for some cheap small burst DMG. And with Temmie and School Tem, the ones with Charge, both the enemy monsters and the enemy themselves can end up taking DMG as a result.
