Originally, Water Cooler costed 3G for a 1/5 Board Card that would heal all monsters, including itself, by 1 HP at the end of the owner's turn. This made Water Cooler work simmilar to Kindness's Passive Effect for healing monsters.
Beta 6.0 buffed Water Cooler by increasing its HP by 1, making it 6. And Beta 6.5 buffed it again, this time by increasing its healing effect to 2 HP each turn.
