Originally, Vulkin was 2/5 and costed 5G to play to and deal 3 damage to a target of your choice, exactly the same as Justice's Punishment.
Alpha 2.7 gave it -2 HP and -1 cost. Beta 4.8 gave it -1 HP, dropping its HP even further to a mere 2, leaving it with 2/2 for 4G.
But not long after that, Beta 5.0 buffed Vulkin back up to its original state, but with +1/-1, so with 3/4 for 5G. Beta 6.5 dropped its cost back to 4G, but made its ability deal only 2 damage instead of 3.
Beta 14.0 dropped its ATK back to 2, leaving it with 2/4 for 4G, the same stats and cost as its Cloud.
