When used, it will paralyze the selected monster and the ones next to it for one turn. If any of the affected monsters is already paralyzed, they take 2 damage instead.
This card is the Patience version of Justice's Explosion.
Best used to stall out the enemy, making them need to mill cards because they can't attack with their monsters to kill them and place new ones.
Can also be used right before using Defrosting to do decent AoE damage and perhaps kill the enemy monsters instead.
