What? Why not? If you want it to ever attack, you have to use one of your artifacts slot for Will, and Omega Flowey is weaker than this so 1. It would discourage the user to use a Flowey 2. It would let the user’s opponent to use Omega Flowey if they have a Flowey 3. If the board already has a Flowey on it, then the user would be discouraged from using the card. Also, the card is CRAZY expensive. 50 gold! That’s lategame! Another thing, the card is Determination rarity. Meaning it’s card to get. Even if you get enough determination fragments to get a DT card, you still have a fairly high chance of getting some other DT card.
